1. Service and contact

TubeCrop is a tool operated by Banaipe for opening, trimming, adjusting, converting and downloading video and audio. For support, privacy or removal requests, contact support@tubecrop.com.

These terms govern use of the service. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy and Cookie Policies separately explain data processing and your choices; using the service does not constitute consent to optional cookies.

2. Permitted use and content

Only use content you own or have permission or another valid legal basis to use. Respect copyright, image rights, privacy, applicable law and the content provider's terms. Technical availability does not grant a licence to copy or reuse a video.

Do not use the service to circumvent DRM, authentication or access restrictions, distribute unlawful material, infringe others' rights, introduce malware, overload infrastructure or access other users' data. Keep temporary export links private: anyone with a link may be able to access its file.

3. Processing and third-party providers

Operations depend on third-party availability and may fail because of access restrictions, format changes, technical limits or outages. A successful provider check does not guarantee that all of its videos will work.

Edits may require reencoding, take time and change output size or quality. Check exported files before deleting originals. TubeCrop is not an archive or backup service; save your results on your own device.

4. Availability and liability

We may impose processing limits, restrict abusive use or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance and security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where prohibited by law. Applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections, determines responsibility in each case.

5. Rights and removal requests

Rights in content remain with the respective rights holders. Submitting content authorises only the processing needed to perform your request. We do not claim ownership of your videos.

To report a possible infringement, email support@tubecrop.com with identification of the content, its relevant URL, the right concerned and a reply contact. Avoid unnecessary sensitive documents. We will review the report and may restrict access where justified.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The version date appears on this page. Material changes will be communicated on the site and do not retroactively alter acquired rights.
