Privacy Policy

1. Operator and contact
TubeCrop is operated by Banaipe. Contact support@tubecrop.com for privacy questions, rights requests and support. The creator's website is banaipe.com.
2. Data and purposes
When you visit, infrastructure receives technical information such as IP address, time, browser, requested URLs and security information. This is used to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect against abuse.
When you open a link, we process its URL, video information such as title, author, thumbnail, duration and formats, and streams needed for preview and export. Importing a file sends its content and name to the server. We also process your chosen adjustments, job status and generated files.
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and attachments to respond. Do not send sensitive information or other people's content without a valid legal basis.
3. Legal bases
Processing needed to perform your requested operation and related support is based on providing the requested service. Security, abuse prevention and diagnostics are based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure service, taking users' rights into account. We may also process data to comply with legal obligations.
Optional storage of your language preference requires consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences. Refusing does not prevent use of the editor. We do not use videos to train AI models.
4. Recipients and external services
We use Microsoft Azure for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Private Internet Access for the network tunnel used by the processor. Video providers receive requests needed to retrieve content. Thumbnails loaded directly by your browser may send your IP and technical information to their provider.
FFmpeg and yt-dlp run on the server to process requests. External websites have their own policies. Infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area depending on services and configurations; applicable terms and safeguards depend on those providers. You can request further information through our privacy contact.
5. Retention
Streaming generally does not require storing the complete original video. Stream sessions are temporary, initially valid for up to 24 hours and extended during active transfers; expired inactive entries are removed periodically or when the process restarts.
Imported files, jobs and results may be stored on the server. An automatic routine runs every five minutes to remove eligible files and results after 24 hours of inactivity. This is not a guarantee of deletion at exactly 24 hours: active jobs and transfers and sources belonging to valid projects are protected; temporary failures can delay cleanup. Render caching has a separate policy of up to 24 hours. To request deletion, contact support and identify the relevant job.
Service technical logs rotate by size, so retention depends on usage volume. Infrastructure providers may have their own retention periods. Support messages are kept as necessary to resolve requests and meet legal obligations. Cookie choices last up to 180 days; a consented language preference lasts up to one year.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS, container isolation, administrative access restrictions and security and recovery controls. No system or transmission is entirely risk-free. Temporary links act as access credentials: do not publish them or share them with unauthorised people.
7. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions and limits, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Email support@tubecrop.com. We may request only information necessary to verify identity or locate the request. We aim to respond within the applicable legal deadline, generally one month. You may complain to the Portuguese CNPD at cnpd.pt or your competent data protection authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users.
8. Policy changes
We will update this policy when processing changes. The date appears at the top. New optional cookies or consent-based purposes will require a new choice before activation.
Optional usage analytics
With your permission, our self-hosted Umami measures page visits, selected actions, scroll depth and active time. It uses a temporary session token held in memory; no analytics identifier is stored on your device. The consent choice is remembered for 180 days. We do not record sessions, source URLs, video titles, filenames or media content. Umami processes a pseudonymous daily visitor hash derived from connection information; raw IP addresses are not stored in its analytics database. No external analytics services are used. Advertising banners are described separately. Events are deleted after 30 days; backups expire after seven days. Declining or withdrawing consent does not limit the tools. Change or withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
Third-party advertising
TubeCrop displays third-party advertising banners in spaces separate from the tools. Advertising does not depend on the analytics choice. When a banner loads, the browser communicates with advertising providers and their partners, who receive technical data such as IP address, browser and the tubecrop.com origin. Advertising scripts load directly on the page and may access page content and browser storage. We do not send source URLs, clip titles or project content to the advertising network. Ads may involve measurement and third-party technologies; we do not describe them as tracking-free.
